根據美國《Fortune》雜志的評選,Googles在多家大公司中脫穎而出，成為一年一度的“美國最適合工作企業”的領頭羊，Google以為員工提供便利設施、文化設施、福利設施等，如洗衣、干洗、汽車服務、美食、工作場所按摩和醫生、溫泉泳池等，獲此殊榮。去年排名第一的Genentech排名第二，Wegmans Food Markets排名第三。

　　《Fortune》雜志的調查依靠來自于446家公司的超過105000名員工的調查回復，一家公司有三分之二的得分取決于員工對管理層的態度、工作滿意度、員工間的友愛，其余來自報酬、福利、管理哲學、交流、機會、多元化計劃等等。
